Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy covers AgentMozart and Warden ("the apps"), private software operated by Daniel Crawford ("the owner") for his own use.

Who uses the apps

Only the owner. The apps are not offered to the public, and no other person's Google account is connected to them.

What data the apps access

With the owner's permission through Google's sign-in, the apps access Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs and Google Contacts belonging to accounts the owner controls. The apps use this access only to carry out tasks the owner assigns, such as reading or updating the owner's own spreadsheets and sending the owner's own email.

How data is used and stored

Data is processed on the owner's own computer. It is not sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models by the apps. Sign-in credentials are stored on the owner's own computer, in the macOS Keychain or in restricted local files. Where an AI model is used to help complete a task, only the content needed for that task is sent to it, under the owner's own account with that provider.

Google user data

The apps' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

The owner can revoke the apps' access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and can delete locally stored data at any time.
